How Do I Contact Customer Service?

How Do I Order?
Feel free to place your order online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If for any reason you have an issue placing an order online please contact customer service using the information provided above.

Can I Cancel an Order?
If for some reason you must cancel your order, all cancellations must be received in writing at info@kingpelican.com within 24 hours of the order being placed in order to be eligible for a full refund.  In the event of a back order, you will be given the option to cancel or modify your order.

Can I Specify the Grind Type of My Coffee?
At this time King Pelican only offers one type of grind that is universal, as well as an option for whole beans.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is important to King Pelican.  If you would like to return or exchange unopened bags of coffee, please contact us at info@kingpelican.com.  Processing and shipping charges may apply.  Return and exchange requests must be received within 10 days of the shipment delivery date.

What Is the Cost Of Shipping?
Shipping and handling prices are calculated at checkout and are determined by the quantity of your purchase.  The default shipping method is US Postal Service Priority mail, but there are also options for expedited delivery via US Postal Service Express Mail.*  A full list of shipping and handling prices can be found here.
*Per the US Postal Service: guaranteed overnight scheduled delivery to most locations.

When Does My Order Ship?
All orders are custom roasted, packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.  In the event of any back orders, you will be promptly notified and given the opportunity to cancel or modify your order.  Also note that orders for 5 pound bags will take an additional 2 to 3 business days.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Your order is shipped by the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail, which takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping destination.

Do You Ship Internationally?
For international orders, please contact us to inquire.

Can I Track My Order?
When you place your order, you will be sent a tracking number that you may use to track your shipment at usps.com.

What Can You Tell Me About Payment Information?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.  Your secure payment is made at checkout via Authorize.net and will be billed to your authorized credit card within 24 hours.

What Tax Rate Will I Be Charged?
Coffee is tax-free.  However, any applicable non-coffee items will be charged the New Jersey sales tax rate of 7%.

Will You Share My Personal Information?
King Pelican respects the privacy of our customers and absolutely does not share database information with companies for mailing list purposes.  The names, addresses, phone numbers and personal information that we collect remain our property and are used solely by us to communicate with our customers about the status of orders and promotions about our products.

What About Security?
Your security is our number one priority.  This is a secure website and we take every precaution to ensure that your information and credit card number is protected. All transactions are processed using SSL (secure socket layer) encryption by Godaddy.com and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certified service, Authorize.net. Your information will not be viewed by outside individuals, King Pelican employees or customer service representatives.
